Copurelyx Shipping & Customer Service Policy

Thank you for shopping with Copurelyx. We are committed to providing reliable shipping service for our cleaning products and keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.

Please review the information below to understand how order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery support work.

1. Order Processing

After your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it as soon as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and transferring the package to our shipping partners.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Shipping Fee

Standard delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

We charge a standard flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD per order unless otherwise stated at checkout or during a store promotion.

The final shipping cost will be shown clearly before you complete your payment.

3. Possible Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or unexpected logistics disruptions.

If delays occur, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you with tracking updates.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number if tracking is available.

You may track your package through the carrier’s website or by using a tracking platform such as:

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has been shipped.

5. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers or warehouses.

This helps us deliver available products faster. If your order is split into multiple packages, each shipment may have its own tracking number.

6. Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or change order details such as item, color, size, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change requests should be sent within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will try our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

7. Missed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a delivery notice or hold the package at a local post office or pickup location.

Please check your tracking information and contact your local delivery provider first.

Copurelyx is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package on time.

8. If Delivery Takes Longer Than Expected

If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information.

If tracking has updated within the last 7 days, your package is likely still moving through the shipping network.

If there has been no tracking update for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@mailroute.com with your order number and order email so we can help review the shipment status.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, Copurelyx may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing are not covered by our lost package policy. Please first check with neighbors, building management, front desk, mailbox areas, or your local delivery provider.

10. Shipping Origins & Destinations

Copurelyx ships to many countries and regions worldwide.

In rare cases, if we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders may be shipped from fulfillment facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners, depending on product availability and shipping efficiency.

11. Important Shipping Notices

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Copurelyx is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
