General Return Policy
All orders placed through Copurelyx are treated as final sale.
We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or buyer’s remorse returns. Returns or replacements may only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do our best to check product quality before shipment. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, a confirmed defect, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team first.
Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered and notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
If your request is approved for a full or partial refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. In most cases, refunds may take 7–12 business days to appear in your account after they are processed.
Exchanges
Copurelyx does not offer standard product exchanges.
Replacements are only available when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the request has been approved by our support team.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return any product unless our customer support team has clearly instructed you to do so.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other resolution.
Non-Returnable Situations
